I have a really hard time reading the words that are vertical, is there something I can do to make it easier to read?

@Kevin McScrooge. Yes, but that doesn't mean every single word of the manual has to British Slang, just the words in the actual puzzle bit. 'Thingamabob' isn't one of those words ;-)

Thingamabob, isn't british slang. It's just Slang in the general English Language.
