I've found it. When you turned on the ventilation you should go to the big door outside that leads to the pier. There is the big blue round light on the right where are dead man lies and is writing on the wall. You should push stripes around the light to make it orange and to open the door BUT you must push left, upper or lower side of stripes or door won't open. Checked it several times.

Yeah, no clue what the deal is after turning on the power. The ventilation button doesn't seem to do anything that allows me to continue. There's a button high up in the storage room, but I have no way to access it. Shooting it doesn't do anything.

I have no idea what to do after I turn on the power.
