You made my day.
I was searching for a solution to combine a road bridge with a rail one effectively.
My guess that your intention was probably not even close to that, but you made it possible with this two deck setup.
I will use the uper deck as a road bridge, and the lower one as a rail bridge.
It fits, I already checked it out. Not perfect, but the catenary pilons don't ruin the look, they stay hidden. You and the Move It mod made it possible! Thanks again!
To be honest, it's sad that there is no working Brooklyn Bridge anymore. The best would be this one from bsq, no doubt. But I can imagine that a bridge of this scale requires a hundred times more work to regular assets, well, you will have your reasons if you are not interested. Anyway, thanks again!
Funny thing. Using MoveIt, I copied and pasted some of the approach uprights to repurpose where I didn't like the skinny uprights that come with the lower deck non-elevated. But where the roadway was close to the ground, the concrete bases poked through. It turns out that using MoveIt to make these shorter only moves the ironwork up and down. The concrete bases stay on the ground and the ironwork moves through it. So I omitted that upright and it's still beautiful.
