Can you make a normal desert eagle, with excessive recoil, loud sound, average damage and a accuracy that is a bit lower then 100% ?
It would be realistic (and funny to see all of the kids saying that it's "not the real stats")

This is a unmodified desert eagle

you first picture had a desert eagle that was modified with a threaded barrel, in this picture, it is the thing on the end of the barrel

and desert eagles dont have a REAL picatinny rails unless you use a jigsaw, i have seen desert eagles with picatinny rails but alot of them dont even work

the funniest thing about mods for real guns would have to be the attachments on guns, desert eagles dont even have a barrel or rail attachment point but some how, so meny mods have them and this mod just makes me laugh at how creative some are without knowing much about real gun

i am all about the if it feels good and ooooo i went google and had a look mz 6.5 and are going keep the gernades thingy on plus (sorry if am pushing it) but is going to have some sights and sup on it and even more (https://forum.facepunch.com/f/fbx/pyrc/ArmA-3-MX-s/1/) it show the types of mx's so if you feel like it you could make a pack plz cop and paste on search bar it may help you
