What this mod basically does is it makes the game actually apply affects that should be increasing or decreasing CARAVAN carrying capacity. Without this or one of those other mods, if you say, use a trait that increases carrying capacity, it actually basically just does literally nothing. The way vanilla code is written is it basically is a static value multiplied by body size, completely ignoring the "Carrying Capacity" stat.
You're not going to see any changes outside of a caravan, and you're not going to see any changes until something impacts that carrying capacity stat.
Now, I'm a mod user, not a mod maker, so I ~could~ be off on some details here and there, but that's my general understanding of it from several different mod descriptions.
I have adjusted the value limit, now you can set the base value to 10, and the factor to 0.1.
