My goal is to make a couple with these models and more with other models. But with models that have different proportions it's difficult because the saved animation files look different in game and I don't know how to correct them

If you just need to make one pose, then yeah you could do that

Why would it take many hours? It would be faster than posing in GMod to just do it in blender and export it as an animation

You'd have to spend so many hours that it wouldn't be worth it. Nobody does that.

What about creating new animations for your models? How would I go about doing that?

That's most likely caused by a method I use for including the default male/female animations of gmod into my models. It's useful for characters that are quite large or small, and I guess this's the price to pay. Try to do whatever you were doing with CaptainBigButt's Miku models. If you're still having that problem, then I can guarantee you there's not a workaround for it.

This seems to have issues with some animations or when copying pose data from other ragdolls. Particularly the torso seems warped and out of place. How do I work around this?
