As Foxx said, killing for fur in a land like skyrim is about survivability, its that or freeze to death, given that choice most people are going to take the fur.

Normally, posting a comment like that is only asking for trouble from the opposition. I am GLaD that you don't condone this in real life though. Again, sorry.

@Wolf I don't condone killing of real animals for fur or hunting for sport, but what I hoped to achieve with this mod was to portray a realistic price for fur in a land where man-made fabrics and clothing was near impossible or unheard of (with cashmere being the only cruelty-free option I can see in Skyrim). Setting the price of fur higher makes the pelts of animals you kill (or defeat) a viable option for new players to earn septims for items, and in doing so you kill less animals for the same return as you would normally.

This is sickening. Killing an animal for their fur is ecologically unsustainable, and cruel. Why would you want to incorporate this into a game like Skyrim?

@rammstein0991 It may not be the exact price due to the current level of your speechcraft skill. That or you could try leaving the area the vendors are in and coming back to refresh them. If that doesn't work let me know and I'll see if i can fix it.

Got it installed but the numbers at vendors arent any higher than what they were in the vanilla game

I hear people say the leather "Costs" to much.. but this mod really gives you the oppertunity to instead of just fast travel to a city, buy and craft gear, makes you have to hunt for the items. Ergo making skyrim more fun and active.

werewolves are rare, but not that hard to kill, i say they should be worth a maximum of 1500, but i reccomend 1000 or even lower i wouldn't mind

I like the price balence of this mod! Pretty fair. I seen another mod like it but the sell prices were just too damn high. Hunting is all i would do!

I like the idea of this mod! It makes being a hunter more rewarding. Though, since you asked in the description: personally I think you'd have to get a bit more for a bear/sabre pelt. I mean you're risking your life fighting a bear/sabrecat for just 60/75 septims? I'd rather see that in the range of 150/250. Cow and horse should be a little higher too. They're 'expensive' animals. Goat, wolf, deer and fox are just fine.

If you run around in the south at night a lot, you will find them quite often. Or, at least, I did. Maybe that's unlucky. There have been other people that made mods to reduce the number of werewolves.

The reason the prices for werewolf pelt was because I never saw very many, but I may just put it down to 2500 gold for balance.

IMO The werewolf price is a bit steep. Makes getting money way too easy.

@Coderguy325 There is already a mod that does this, AND a bunch of other additions/changes to gameplay. I just want the price increases.
