"may" allows a choice. "may not" does not, as it is a single phrase. That said, I'm pretty sure it's more standardly "cannot", I don't know if I'm ever going to rewrite that deck, it's old. :B
Also the hidden image, pure estetics. I play with a guy that likes using hidden hand, and seing and actuall back of a card, insted of bunch of "want it, need it" is always nice.
Under 5100, you say? Might have to look into that. I've gone for strong resolution and clarity over image size, because with custom decks, there are so many that just look really ass in TTS. I'm not a fan of the "one image per card" and in a lot of cases, it's not going to matter anyway (Discord has 24 unique cards in his deck; Twilight has 21, Rarity has more, and Captain Coward has 40!) A lot of the 10x decks, mostly the pony character cards, are in preparation for numerous variants on down the line. If I ever hit an endpoint with those, I'll shrink them back down. And I'm not sure I really care about the hidden hands thing? Like, is that a major way people play? If it is, I suppose I could look into it. I only do it with the environment decks because it comes out even and you get the double-backed card for use with randomizers. :B
I looked through deck images and you have heavy decks there (round 20 MB, compared to me keeping it below 2 MB). I would advice do something like this: https://i.imgur.com/zHPWCce.jpg
Image with one copy of each card, since they can be easely copy-pasted in TTS. Also, try to make more compact, like 5/5 instead streaching it 10/X, keep it jpg (which you do), and try to reduce resolution below 5100 px (either horizon or vertical, which ever goes over, deck builder can crop it when exporting). Lastly estetic wise, put whatever is back image in the last, lower-right slot, that way, when people play with hands hidden they don't have black cards, or whatever cards was put there.
There is good deck builder in Tabletop Simulator folder (under modding), if you aren't using it already.
Also no, that's not Saitama, that's Captain Coward. I don't know which came first, and I'm not willing to bet. Can't you tell the difference? :V
