The thing is, you can't reprogram the speed of the reload. That would obviously be cheating, and yes, as far as I know Valve does not permit that.
Of course it's possible, what i'm saying is, those guns really differ a lot in mechanism. We can't alter the reload time of the game. We'd have to ask Valve about that.
So if it's shit, then why should someone make a saiga mod for the M1014? *Mind Blown*
Yeah uh that wouldn't really work out because the Saiga 12 is mag-fed, while the m1014/M4 super uses a tube magazine, therefore the animations wouldn't really...you know....WORK OUT. Go figure.
