hit the subscribe button then start the game and wait for it to download then go into the add ons opiton and turn it on.

@Richmond, only think I can think of would be to delete the mod and then re-subscribe. Maybe a network error.

Neo, just click "Subscribe" and then it should be added to your game automatically. Just go to "survival mode" and choose a custom campaign.
