That's a pretty good suggestion. I don't recall if I considered using that theme back when I added music to the mod in 2013, but if I did, I probably settled on the current war theme because it was used in about 3 different games (06, Colors and Lost World I think?)

I'm not considering updating the mod any time soon, as it's currently a stable build and works fine. The music is simply a matter of preference at this point.

I have a suggestion with the war music, use the one that plays in Sonic Adventure DX when Sonic fights the EGG Viper. It would fit really well with this mod, it's not that fast paced and it's not too slow paced.

As previously stated, after many tests, it was clear that while fast-paced music would fit in a typical Sonic game, the very same themes wouldn't work too well in a typical Civilization match. So I had to settle down on something more slow-paced and subtle.

If I recall correctly, to play with mods, you need to select "Mods" in the main menu, not "Single Player".

So I subscribed, downloaded it & enabled it in the mod list but when I go to advanced set-up in singleplayer I can't chose this civiliszation. What could I have done wrong?

I tried to do that since the beginning, but when I started the mod a few years ago I simply couldn't figure out a way to import custom models. And I'm not sure if it was possible to make civilization-specific changes to units either. It just didn't seem possible at the time.
Right now the mod is in its final version and I'm not planning to do further changes, so we'll have to live with that.

Quit Civ 5, delete the file "Civ5ModsDatabase.db" from "Documents\My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 5\cache.". Then launch the game and see if that fixes the problem.
