I downloaded this from Steam but when I launch War of the Chosen from the game launcher, it says “This mod is only available for XCOM 2” (which I assume means vanilla XCOM). It doesn’t show up in WOTC. If anyone has any tips it’d be much appreciated! I’m really looking forward to making a Warlock soldier!

Yo, guys.. if you want to try a mod where Chosen will become recruitable after defeat, try this thing. :-) The dude did a really great job despite its still in Alpha stage. https://www.nexusmods.com/xcom2/mods/723?tab=description

Great Voice Mods all around mate, Can the voices be edited to work with Non-Skirmisher Hybrids mod? As that mod only grabs skirmisher lines and it gets annoying when you got 5 hybrids with the same voice.
