Ok. If he wants, he can reuploas this model with fixed hitboxes and I delete mine

If the model is below 10mbs ir should only takes seconds to download a model. If you really want to optimize that download time reduce the quality of the textures. Im passing this to tfa for him to deal with.

Server clients have to download the model too. Downloading from workshop is faster than downlaoding from my own server. Anyway, the cape is bugged and I think I will replace it soon in my server. When I replace it, I can delete it from the workshop if the original creators (LucasArts and Krome Studios) want to.

You arent supposed to reupload stuff. If its just for your server, keep it server side.
