Also, what your saying is it wasn't steam that used the match, it was "Someone" Interesting.
It wasn't actually Steam that deleted my content though. The files were deleted locally as well. Let's just say a "certain young someone" accessed my computer while I was at work and clicked on a bunch of things they didn't understand... a really big bunch of things... things like Steam... and Regedit... and FDisk... click click clickclickclick - all gone! Thankfully it was just a games machine & there was nothing important on it.
It wasn't malicious - just very naughty. Suffice to say this certain someone has since learned their lesson and wont be doing it again!
