Looked at the logs after loading it and it doesn't disable achievements

Apparently restarting can be a fix, Ithink it has something to do with the Supremacy expansion because I don't have it and never had this problem

This mod doesn't do anything with tooltips and there were reports of this on g2g forums so it's a problem with the stock game

saw this was updated Aug 2nd but it appears to cause some conflicts in displaying Technology tooltips (some system improvements simply don't list their effects. The early improvement which increases production per pop by 3 for strategic resource deposits was one).
