Is there still a possibility that the maps East leersog and Siege of the Walled Palace will be fixed? They're both really good maps TvT.

would it be possible to play this on modern ravenfield? How would i change the updates back to when this was made?

It's a shame that the maps will no longer be updated. Now they are basically not available for play. Farewell to Project Altirus and my beloved Eastern Leersog. You were great. And thanks to the Sofa for these unforgettable hours on these maps

Although I cannot remember if I saw Kitter Moer release onto the workshop, I can at least remember the fun it provided to me, and the many others who downloaded it. We all saw the Second Leersog War progress throughout 2018 and 2019, with maps like Ornlo Wood, St. Lyvan, Ilast Valley, and East Leersog. When EoTS was released, I am sure that many of us had excitement for the extension of Project Altirus, until Sofa announced that he was discontinuing the project.

When I read over the comments of this collection, I am certainly brought back to 2018, a much better time for all of us, where it was a "golden age" for the game. But now, we can only replay it. But that is what Ravenfield was built on. And that's one thing we can do, or even make our own mods for the sake of fan content, like Delum.

I'll bet it's been a long time since we've played. Why not play again, or one last time?

Did we not? The battle of Labwun was basically like the battle of Berlin. The victory hall was like the Reichstag. Thats why EotS was made. Because the Second Leersog War was over.

but because sofa no longer has time to work on any mods we will never get a proper sendoff.

i really wish that we could get one final map (the final battle of the second leersog war for example) so this mod can get a proper sendoff

@Thunderbrother600 Just invert the flight controls in the settings menu. I prefer to invert y axis, as well as assign pitching to A and D respectfully

this mod pack is gud but i cant fly because controlles of the airplanes are inverted help

For me, Altirus was Ravenfield. This was the campaign of the game. Thank you for making what you did, this is an absolutely incredible collection.

@Alexander, I learned this from the discord, so I may be wrong, but he says Altirus is completely done. He mainly wants other people to make their own, new things separate from Altirus, ie. Project Delum. However, if you are game on making a new project, I could help with designing vehicles. So message me if you want.

This is one of the best mod packs in Raven field and while i'm sad @sofa has stopped working on it i understand If it is ok with him id like to help someone else continue it. I'm not the best at mod making but i have a small amount of know how in making maps and i would love to help! i can write sort of a script/lore or build the bare bones of a map if we can get a group to help we can continue this great event in raven field history if anyones up for it we should at least try.

@IcyStormageddon, Firstly, practice makes perfect, so, in whatever free time you have, see if you can work on this so you will only lack the time. Secondly, I understand you have good intention, but I've been on the discord and I know that Sofa is through with the project (even if he may be wrong about it's relative quality), so you and others, kindly, should stop pushing it.

@Joe Erotic. @Sofa, I would also love to help, unfortunately, I have no time, nor the talent to put effort into a large project like this, also, "Low Quality" Sofa, your Project has to be the most well known, and well respected on Ravenfield!

I understand how you feel. Loss of passion can slow you down. As for the mods regardless of issues i really like them and i hope you get the drive in the future to make another project like this maybe with others who're willing to help put in the work. I'd love to help but i'm not well versed in mod making.

@Joe Erotic I stopped making Project Altirus (something like 9 months ago now, how is this news to people?) because it stopped being fun to make. It started feeling like a job I wasn't getting paid for (No, Dasnilpferd, I was not getting paid for Altirus), and I there were other things I needed to, or preferred to do, than try and get all the old, placeholder, or corrupted content in PA to a functional state. Also it was overall low quality, with inconsistent balance, horribly unoptimized, and overall bloated and boring.

As for why game devs have more "drive", it's because that's how they make their living, whereas modding is a hobby people do for fun. If it stops being fun, there's no point to continue.

He was modding for pay, cause it was his job (kinda), and it wasn't that profitable for the trouble it caused, so he left it behind.

Welp, a big F for what i consider the best modpack of the entire ravenfield community, hopefully it will be continued one day, or have a sucessor, anyways, ill always enjoy these amazing mods

Well, rest in peace Altirus, I honestly hope he will come back someday to this, and even if a Small update or so on is all that can happen.
