It doesn't appear in the attach rig section when i right click the scorch animation set?

its the illum file. That's the vtf thats all black except for a white dots

you mean editing the textures? Just export the vtf as an image in vtfedit, then change it in photoshop/gimp.

If you mean editing the materials, just open the vmt

Is there a specific program that i have to use to edit the VTF's ??

Or do i just change it in notepad or something

Ok I just realized that the model does have the arms and legs attached. BUT the scorches biceps does not seem to be attached to the arms.
