i ma well aware of this. i made this map when i was 13, and packed it full of custom content. some computers are not able to handle it, some are, I dont intend to go back and fix this map

bot_male.mdl (the mannequin) is the only explicitly creepy model in portal 2 that is designed to be seen up close. it lends itself well to horror

The story in that game, and even the gameplay, is the most emotional and amazing thing ive seen in a game. 10/10 have already replayed multiple times and would again.

Anyways, yea. Scary games have always held my interest, but i feel like the genre of indie horror is becoming flooded over now. If I were to make a horror game, id want to make sure mine is original in its idea, and stays away from a lot of the common tropes and cliches that are so common.

Then i highly recommend Life is Strange. That game is the most engaging story I have ever immersed myself in, ever. Quite possibly my all time most favorite game ever, even over portal.

I would prefer emotional games.

Just saying tho, if i can get a job in game design or create a real game on my own i can guarantee that i will be making story based games, probably scary and/or emotional ones

Again, as I've said time and time again. I can't fix it. If there is no issue for me there is no issue I can solve. I have playested this map over and over and have never encountered this bug. It probably results from having a wimpy computer or something, cause this map is jammed with custom content

Alright, I'll give you an indepth guide of what happens.
Us users enter the game, and get as far as we can.
I'll now move on to what happens to me.
I go through it as usual as I can.
I make it to the vent.
Then, my movents start to break.
D is nothing
W is nothing
S is right
A is nothing.
Then after half a minute or so, the game crashes.
My advice is to tell him what computer you are using, and or make a video.
My computer is a Mac Pro, Early 2008.

But please, do not think I am balefully criticizing your hard worked on creation without any appreciation for the effort you put into it. Crashes aside, this map was a lot of fun, and I liked the ending!

The ported models were also a nice touch, I must say.

This map would have been enjoyable, and maybe a bit scary (it was creepy for sure) if it did not crash every 5 minutes. I am not evening exaggerating, the map crashed Portal 2 three or four times. Other than that, good work, although I never actually finished the map due to it crashing so much.
