How do you get flynn's potrait to overwrite vegas with the other mods. Just like in your picture shown?

Hmm, do you happen to be subscribed to other mods that change names and/or icons?
If so try resubscribing to them and this in different orders until it works. I've had this happen before with the infested portraits mod by Duke Duke'em but then I unsubscribed from both, subscribed to infested portraits, then my mod and it worked out fine.

Where do I get the rest of the icons? BTW Vegas name in the selection manu is not replaced... ;(
