@Daemon Trooper I think it is safe to say the original author of this does not play anymore as this was posted in 2018 and updated 2 days later. I would recommend just going ahead and making the unfurnished version and credit them with a link back to this page and if they have a problem with it then take it down but make sure to reference your post. I personally would absolutely love having this castle in a usable state.

Just 2 tiny problems for people to be aware of: the cobblestone fences aren't buildable anymore (they're legacy items) and the vault room isn't accessible once its build, because the locked iron doors are only on the inside of the room, making that whole floor unusable to townies. Simple quick fixes before the template is set to build. So 10/10 castle imo!
