@Agalloch That being said, I don't know if ithe hacks actually incorporate Gentiana as a party member. I only ever seen it done with Aranea, Cor, and Iris.

I rigged it by myself, but afterwards, I transfered the bone weights from the sample Noctis model over to Gentiana. After that was a matter of adjusting the weight painting.

@Hamyuiop You have to use the Noesis plugin for .BTEX file. I'm pretty sure the FFXVPCModding subreddit has the link to it. Or you could just google the plugin by typing "Noesis .BTEX plugin" or something similar.

Do you know how to extract textures from the game files? I've managed to extract the model, but not the textures. Any help would be appreciated.
