So how are we supposed to get this in game and after its activated in the mod menu? Do we need to do a certain mission, talk to a certain person, buy a certain weapon Etc...

For some reason i had to do a mission to get them

@Killertnt open your mod menu in the title and go to where it says weapon mods and select it a check mark should come up on the top
