报告翻译问题
Added startup msg and mod option to disable it.
After barely managing through a long dust storm without the colony collapsing due to lack of everything, a meteor shower finished me off. And I was about to quit the game altogether out of frustration after having spent 25 hours building the colony... With the mod I was able to reload a slightly earlier save and play without imminent ruin.
Hint for others: At first I thought the mod was not working because I still got the count-down for the meteor shower, but after the countdown finishes, the meteor shower does not happen when the mod is active.
