I Apologize for asking this, But do you think you could make the other Splicer models like "Ducky", "Dr. Grossman", "Lady Smith", "Baby Jane" and if possible "Pigskin", "Rosebud", and The "Waders"? (with diffrent in-game skins and maybe Bodygroups for the Specific Splicer Model that has them?) Once Again i Apologize for asking.

can you make it a playermodel, I thought of a cool idea for darkrp and I wanted to do it but there are no models for bioshock for it. I was thinking BioshockRP, kinda like hl2rp but you can be a splicer, a big daddy, a little sister or the big sister, if you make it a playermodel that would be great. Thanks and here have a medkit

Possible. The UT2004 models are rather low-poly so it would be a little bit of a pisser, but it's entirely possible.

It's a skingroup. Use "Easy Bodygroup Tool" or the context menu. Skins five and upward are the ones with electrobolt.
