@Shearouse, the 16x16 map is from a scenario called Titmuss Town. The maker of this probably took that scenario and cleared the map but forgot to clear the instructions.

@StablizdBlodd, the main question I have about this is, Why are there such complicated instructions on the 16x16 map when there is only one team and no possible way of gathering resources or building anything?

Are we supposed to make a map off of the 16x16 map, or was there something wrong when it started with a town center, three villagers, and a scout?
