So I actually found the VMF I'm pretty sure, and I'm also working on a new map which is almost ready for release, but won't have some of the features you guys are looking for on release date (maybe). That includes AI nodes and train tracks for now.

I've lost the vmf file due to the amount of times I've had to reinstall my OS. I also don't have any desire for making a new map, so it would probably be awhile. There's several good maps that have train tracks though. gm_construct_flatgrass and gm_mobenix come to mind.

Don't mind the question , i looked at the desc. sorry.... but yeah , i tried using NPC controller and somehow i can't make them walk out the open fields , they only move in the starting hangar for me.

Issue with that is there's not a lot of room as it stands right now. I could look into having a zone like that though. Maybe with a small room where it can be turned off and on. I can't promise anything ground breaking though.

Hey Jake, could you do like a "Space box" at the top of the map with a zero gravity zone in it so you can build like space rockets on the ground and then shoot up into space. It avoids the hassle of spacebuild in the SB maps because it can be a little irritating building between all the planet models.

yea a dirt track leading all around the map would be good for testing car packs or even cars created by yourself!

I actually uploaded the newer version, and already noticed some textures weren't aligned on the airfield. Going to fix that maybe later today. Haven't really gotten any sleep so I wouldn't count on that today. If anyone still doesn't like the fog, tone it down to your liking with the fog controller.

I figured out a way to align the textures finally. Trying to use the face editor sheet to align them at the same time isn't a good idea I guess. The 3D skybox transitions very nicely now. I'm also toning down the color on the fog as well so now it won't be as bright, and it won't be as dense either. If you don't like the fog right now, use the Fog Editor within the entities tab. I also updated the air strip so now the runway looks a lot better. I'll be uploading the newer version tonight.

If you can't align the skybox then I suppose it's not that big of a deaI. However, I wouldnt make the fog so heavy. Use a more natural color and don't make it so opaque at a distance. That just looks unrealistic. Make it subtle. It's easy to hide edges if you just put hills toward the end of the skybox, which you have pretty much done, so fog is not really necessary. I would still use a subtle amount though, just for the eye candy.

Poor design choices all around. The fog just looks awful. Horrible color and density/distance choice. The 3d skybox around it doesn't even fit very well, the textures are unaligned and the fog doesnt blend with the mainland.

If anyone had issues with the skybox texture missing, or the map being REALLY bright, restart your game. I just uploaded a new version to fix those stupid mistakes.
