Yeah, this is totally broken. It reads "not operating" when hooked up.

it doesn't work anymore, does it? I think there were 2 assets, and this one was just a prop as it is now. I cannot find the other one.

How does it collect rainwater with a roof over it? You mean collects the rainwater once it's in the ground? That's just ground water. :p
