I think PRIDE became nothing more than a marketing tactic to sell stuff to gay people. And I'm not really an LGBT supporter. I just believe in freedom of sexuality, self expression...etc. I don't like it that it became what it is today. When my favorite gay/trans content creators are harassed by LGBT members for having different ideas from the group on certain issues, there is something definitely wrong. I never, ever thought that one time I will be defending gay/trans people from LGBTQ on social media. It makes no sense.
But the asset is great! It looks amazing like always, subscribed!

Nice! first few floors of the building Studio 54 is/was in next? lots of people don't know this but Studio 54 was mainly a gay bar.

@osarak63 it would be, but you can always use RICO. Making it as a leisure building would prohibit people without DLC from being able to use it. Idk who doesn't have After Dark though, but a great many people would complain
