This island is now in-game! It can be found here: https://map.cardinalguild.com/pvp?island=195

The devs had the wisdom to not add respawn chambers. I designed this island to be fairly linear (start at bottom, finish at top), since this is mainly intended as a potential alliance capital when island claiming/building is eventually added to the game.

Bonus note: The good folks reporting this island over at Cardinal Guild may have missed one of the 5 databanks! However it is possible the developers themselves removed it.
