I think every one of these items were added straight into the base item loader for the game
I'll have to check when I get the chance but I may just remove this from the workshop

how do i use i cant seem to get anything to respawn

Yeah some form of respawning device would be hella helpful
I kill too many enemies, too efficiently and too damn quickly lol

maybe a checkpoint hotspot and respawn at checkpoint hotspot? i use them often and its anoying having to go into the games files just to find the items
