All my roads go invisible using the UK pack. Map theme downloaded and set, all downloaded, essentials downloaded.

Is it possible to tell me how the Signs and Decals for the Give way of the road are automatically generated? It seems that the new version of TMPE has taken over the original junction priority setting of CS, however, I'm not sure how this should be fixed?

Is it alright if I use some road signs in my own custom roads? I will give lots of credit if I end up releasing it on the workshop.

Hi, i seem to be having issues with road markings being way too light/transparent, so they are barely visible.

I have downloaded all assets and enabled them, as well as other mods that are recommended. Any ideas?

@Haru I've never used Traffic Light Replacer (it only works for right-hand traffic maps) but I've used BOB to replace vanilla traffic lights and signs with UK assets from this pack. The traffic lights work as expected when replaced - eg. they change colours, etc.

I love the UKRP series. Question - can I use Traffic Light Replacer or BOB to replace vanilla traffic lights with yours? (on vanilla roads)

A clean re-install of the game did the trick :) Blowing away a few years worth of mods, assets etc and starting from scratch did the game a favour !

@rb48901 Make sure that all the assets are enabled. All of the UK Road Project elements are assets and no specific mod is required for them to work.

i have just done a clean reinstall of cities skylines and will reload the various bits and pieces and see how it goes

I have read through the instructions in previous comments but some of those folders don't exist (Win 11, PC). can you give a couple of pointers please.

I have downloaded all of the uk packs plus all of the recommended themes maps etc.. but I cannot actually see or select them via the road tool. What am I doing wrong? All I can see in the road selections are the vanilla roads, plus any that came from DLC's.

Would be nice if I have a preview of all the signs so I can compare it with this

Thank u a lot. Since im doing an German inspired map and ure roads are great but the yellow markings are just not a thing at all in Germany ^^. Thank you for the help. I also have an advice to use Prop Painter on Ploppable Asphalt. No need to get in the options and change the colour with the settings anymore :D Have a great week :)

@rlas You are correct. The road markings are part of the road texture so won't be affected in that way. If you do want to hide them I can recommend using ploppable asphalt and setting the colour to 128/128/128.

if i denable the decals (since i dont want the yellow lines on the side) in the content manager, will they be gone cause they are part of the roads and i suppose it wont work? Someone knows this? :)

@aubergine18 That is built into the road texture and hasn't been made into a decal.

On an asymmetric road, if you reverse one of the segments you get like a stripey leaf shape in the center showing traffic on the 2-lane side that their second lane is closing. See the thumbnail image of this workshop asset (not the arrows, but the stripey leaf thing)..

@aubergine18 I'm not sure what you mean by 'leaf' decal.

Would it be possible to get the 'leaf' decal that appears when asymmetric road flips sides? It would be very useful for when an asymmetric road transitions to a symmetric road.

@jimtduffy One thing to bare in mind is that if I update any asset your local versions won't update. Just repeat the process every now and then to keep them up to date.

The map theme goes in the 'MapTheme' folder not 'Assets'.

If you have all the Mods, Themes and assets you want in theses folders you can run CS in "--noWorkshop" mode.

@jimtduffy If you want specific roads do the following:
1. Subscribe to the roads
2. Go to the 'contents' folder where the assets download (on a Mac the address is "~/Library/Application Support/Steam/steamapps/workshop/content/255710/" - if your on a PC you'll have to ask someone that address)
3. Copy the relevant folders to the 'Assets' folder ("~/Library/Application Support/Colossal Order/Cities_Skylines/Addons/Assets/")

You may know some of this stuff but it's useful if you don't.

I make extensive use of much of your work in my game. I love your terraces. I have had unfortunately had delete some of your stuff simply because my computer is very limited and every time the game has an update it becomes bigger meaning I have to keep axing assets to make the game just about playable (and it is barely playable at this stage!). I loved your road packs but they are too large as I only use a handful of the roads. I wish I could specify which individual roads I want and not take the whole pack. Is there a way I could do that. I am about to do another cull of assets right now to reduce the game size. So it is sadly bye bye all you wonderful Paris buildings. I love you but I need to slash my assets by a third! *sob* Otherwise vehicles move as if there was dirt in the petrol.

@aubergine18 If you search for "UKR-S" in Find It all the signs will be found (from either pack). If you add a space after the"S" then it won't include the small roads. Everything is named "UKR-SR" Small Roads, "UKR-MR" Medium Roads, "UKR-D" decals, "UKR-S" signs and "UKR-P" props. I hope this helps.

I there a list of which signs are in this pack? I'm going through my subscribed asset list where I have loads of individual road sign assets installed to unsub duplicates.

@coyledav Have you read the desription above? To clarify, this is a pack of assets that are used by the UK Road Project Revived roads. All that's needed is to subscribe to the road pack and this pack and wheb you build the roads in game they will automatically add the props (signs, street lights, decals etc.) This is not a mod and as such cannot 'do anything'. Without this pack the roads will not have any props.
