Unless you add the icons to custom made AI Factions and allow them to spawn in a game. No, it will be your faction only.

I just checked, it still works. however i updated it so it does not give version warnings anymore.

Just updated with the Free Navy icon from the show and found a Laconian empire icon from the wiki that i also added.

This is a great icon pack, thx to this one and a ship set can play more or less like the MCR
Are you planning on adding the Marco Inaros Free Navy flag icon?

In my game, the MCR emblem turned black. Resubcribing fixed it tho :) Thanks, Stellaris looks so much better with an MCR logo :)

Version 1.2 is now available. Added the UN Logo variant that was requested. Also changed the game version so it shouldn't report unsupported version with 2.1.1 Niven patch..
