If I'd take the time to learn LUA code, I'd want to add aliens like, pretty much every alien in the game, since I completed the game.

Yes, I know but I want them to *replace* default Combine Soldiers in the Combine Tab, but they lack Combine SOldier Animations. :(

The way they did nami playermodel might work for the Viper.

I've already managed to get access to the majority of the XCOM 2 alien models, though thank you for looking either way. However I'd like to mention that people should not expect a Viper playermodel, seeing as they don't exactly have legs I can rig and if I put their tail on just the pelvis I'm sure they're going to look quite weird.

I don't have access to any of the XCOM 2 models. If people could provide me with them I'd be willing to try and port/rig them.
