Run Counter-Strike source and load up a map if you havn't then go back to gmod and try to load it.

Just have Counter-Strike source installed and mounted and it will work, if you got the textures some other way, I can't help you.

As for the exact progress I can not tell you, I am not working on the new update, only Archavell is atm. But what I do know is that alot of it is done.

Im sorry, my only other advise would be to find the actual files online somewhere and put them into your textures folder, or buy the game.
