This one is a regular commercial version. It will randomly grow in any lot that is the same size. I don't remember what that is - maybe 2x3?
If you're using mods, use Find It mod and search for Ike. The combination of Find It and Plop the Growables mods is great for something like this, because it allows you to place any growable building (like this one) wherever you want, instead of waiting for luck / random chance.

OOooooooooooooooo I understand now :D That item by Ronyx69 has lots and lots of bicycles in it. It has bicycle *vehicles* (bicycle vehicles require the DLC) and a matching bicycle *prop* (bicycle props do not require the DLC).

Don't worry about the message that you need the DLC for the bicycle vehicles. My store only uses the bicycle *props*. :)

But when go to Bikes it says needs DLC.

I don't understand what you mean. The bicycles in this shop do not move, they are decoration from the workshop, so they do not require DLC
