Reinstall the addon using Addons main menu category, Gmod sometimes does not cirrectly install addons that was uploaded before 2020.
Try reinstall the addon by deleting corresponding .gma file to let the game redownload it after reboot
Or by deleting it in Addons menu in-game

I know, but I prefer "reskin" to make search easy for most users.
Even description (if you 'course read it) said - I know that it's a remodel.
A reskin is where you change the design, but keep it the same shape.
A remodel is where you change the shape, or in this case, adds in a prop
