Any one by chance also having trouble hunting down thatching in this biome? have so many builds near completeion simply beacuse they all are awaiting beds to be crafted, which cant until i find thatching xD

OOPS. That's from the Taiga Biome mod, not Pale Peaks. Ahaha oops. I even made the same mistake on the Discourse forums.

You guys are very kind, thank you :) @Ghost92 i have no plan on adding them to farming, but if you manage your seeds well (they can be bought by vendors aswell) you should be able to maintain the forest around you. @Gunvarrel i am not sure what that Dull Rock is? Are you sure it is not from another mod? Or is it the color you are refering to? :)

I agree this biome is really wonderful. With some modifications (and your approval, of course) I'd say Team Stonehearth should honestly consider adding this biome to their vanilla game. I also love the Dull Rock!!

Hey Fornjotr i was wondering if you already saw this in the log: could not find resource for file(scenarios/static/scenario_index.json while processing mixintos for pale_peaks. ignoring.

Just a note for you, in the Embarkment screen the text reads "they set off to Peak of manifestation" or "they set off to Peak of valor". You should rewrite the descriptor so it reads "they set off to the Peak of Manifestation" or "they set off to the Peak of Valor". Basically, capitalize both words and add "the" before it.

Maybe the water needs a bit of a change it looks a bit like normal stone to me was not sure for a while if water or stone but other than that i really like the biome :) could be the weather that made it like that also

Hi @[Eregion|LH] . This biome is just the lowlands, i will make more biomes in the future, that fits this biome style, so they match up. I have a Fjord biome planned and a High altitude mountain biome planned. But if you mean the map where you choose your spawnpoint, i will surely add one of those to the gallery :)

Hi @Ghost92 . Thank you. I have increased the numbers of silkweed that spawn in clumbs, since there are so many trees to take up possible spawnspots, let me know if it is still not enough? The same with herbs... The waters color, is because of the foggy weather, it gives a "muddy, unclear effect on the water". The mountains are custom but the color do seem to match closely with the dessert. :)

i was complaining about not finding silkweed... just settled far from it...
btw, those are the desert mountains? and the water has a strange color
