oh yeah... i thought you had to jump at a certain time to push it down... but you just had to press the up or down buttons...

I had such trouble with this. I never figured it out. I thought you had to jump on it just right, then jump under it. I made it past a few times, but I never learned the up and down thing. Guide dang it.
