Wow, this might have been related to other mods I was using (like a social policy tree overhaul), but Indira was broken once I hit the Medieval Era. I ended up finishing the game with a population in the high 70s in my capital and just didn't bother settling any other cities. And my happiness was very high as well. The unique university doesn't seem to work as intended though.

@shaleshn: The problem with changing from melee to ranged units is that you loose nearly all your promotions. So this would be only interesting if also the promotions are converted.

I played the Mod. I was really nice to see Indian verison Tank. But it does not shots. Any chance of just adding this as unique unit of India so This tank can be played under Gandhi

@stefvanwoensel, I assume you're playing with JFD's Cultural Diversity d when you're talking about Culture, right? In that case, it definitely should be Bharata. It should actually just copy the CultureType from vanilla India, but I'll look into it to see if I maybe made some mistake in the code. In any case, thanks for the feedback.

Bit surprised to see the culture being Islamic. Wouldn't Bharata be a better fit?

@ow my ears, yea it's worded poorly unfortunately. The effect is: a farm produces +1 Food for each Trade Route passing over it. So it's only Farms on the routes of Trade Units.

The agriculture bureau seems OP, each farm gets +1 for all trade routes going through the city? Or is it per farm?

What is CBRX? I don't recognize that name.
