I found the right folder without problems but I don't know which one is the war elephant file...

mhhm you could search for this mod in steamapps/workshop/..... but this mod is actually not really made for IU , IU has sets for everything , this mod is for normal age of empires, reskinning the basic units and adding new icons , when you want to play online or whatever

However could someone give me any tips or guide how I can disable War Elephant's new skin? It is too massive compared to other elephants in the game and it doesn't work with [IU] Elite Unique-Unit Reskins -mod...

Eh, it's not that big of a deal. I've already downloaded Jorgito's skins on the workshop. The only difference this would make is that, instead of subscribing to a handful of mods, I'd just have one.

We are goyim add me for that , i thought the old ones look a bit more so that every european faction can use them , the new ones... are from age of chivalry mod and for example the longswordsman is an english soldier ... but add me i can make you a version with that
