Someting with reconfiguration of ACE3 actions that leads to gamecrash. ARPI uses and references to a lot of standard ACE3 actions. If they change something, the references doesnt work anymore.

I dont know more from the report of a user.

UPDATE 11.10.2025: Since we cannot maintain this mod due to time consuming RL (who likes this ♥♥♥♥?), we give it free for NON-MONETARIZED reuploads and reconfiguration. Pls crack the files by yourself and change them as you wish. Please give Credits to "Bruce Vega & Rainer Sturm from ARES Military & bux from ACE3 Team". Thank you for using our mod. We maybe will do a new version for Reforger or A4.

Shame yourself SkyHigh - there is a ton of work in it. This mod is made for milsimmers and not for fungaming.

If your people dont have the discipline, skill oder education to roleplay "milsim" properly and you need to force them with technical measures - maybe you are in the wrong clan.

This mod causes some items to float like resupply crates, or IEDD IEDS.

if u use the knife for forexample cutting skinning etc etc is there supose to be animation ?
coz my character does nothing i hear the sounds i get the items but there is no animations but i supose there should be and im not sure if some mod is in conflict or if there is just no animation for it now ?

but when i throw the knife at enemy there is animation so im slightly confused

The Car radio does not work by me, I've done everything like it was in the screenshot and option just doesn't appear in ACE menu

Well that kind of stinks that we can't reupload it if you're also dropping support for it. Eventually this will just be another dead mod. I don't understand why the ArmA 3 modding community is so overly protective of its mods especially once they're no longer being supported. Why not let other people take over? Are you making money on this?

I would urge you to reconsider, and maybe pin a GNU Affero General Public License on this. That will require any and all reuploads to source back to the original, and also force anyone who changes the code to also share whatever they changed. Nobody but you can change the license going forward.

That way, if in the future you ever decide to revisit this mod, you can take anything you want from other modders who've reuploaded this with their own adjustments. You don't even have to ask. GNU Affero General Public License means you already have permission.

It seems like nothing but stubborn pride leaves a lot of mods to become abandonware.

@Bruce Vega could you explain how to add the radio to the vehicle? I know it says place it in the vehicle but I tried every vehicle possible both vanilla and modded and it keeps saying no space

Hey ! Could we chit chat about this mod ?
We love using it with my clan but it's pretty heavy and we would like to have a private version with a few modifications as passports, radio songs and a few roleplay items with diffenrets images and names. Would it be possible to discuss it ?

And ofc thanks for this really awesome mod. It adds a LOT of immersion for our misim rp players and they love it !

Dear users of my mod, due to RL circumstances i will need to reduce my investment into this project. It will not be abandoned, but i cannot maintain it. If there is Arma 4, i will transfer it (depends on the engine).

@Kall39: If it is placed, your players can cut off ears and fingers from dead bodies with knifes. Maybe a thing for some missions, but not generally. Therefor it must be activated intentionally. :)

For my ongoing mercenary campaign where we get a little immersed in the world, this mod has proven very helpful for enhancing that immersion, especially wherein some items offer small gameplay changes.

I tried to fix the serverkey issue. I shifted the new icon deeper into the code and deleted the new pbo. Would be crazy if serverkey still broken.

Hello Jorgensen, this is because your are hunting "local spawned entities". This is a real "pain-in-the-ass-topic" in Arma3. The game engine differentiates between "local spawned" and "multiplayer spawned" animals (agents). So in a multiplayer game there is a rabbit that only you can see and a rabbit that everyone can see. The player cannot differentiate visually "what is what". If the player kills a "local spawned animal", there will be no option to harvest raw meat. Therefor we created the "Hunter Ability Item" which allows the player to randomly spawn mp-animals nearby, hunt them down and harvest food (with knife or suitable tool). Of course "agents" spawned by zeus or mission-editor will also provide raw meat. Local entities will be "sick".

@Polka: I dont understand. The modules that are necessary to be placed are available in Eden Editor. The modules that only can function in a ongoing game are available there. Could you specify your idea please?
