The door at Frozen Dome should definitely open up, not sure whats causing the bug on your game. Can't really help you, sorry.
It could be that Skyrim itself has been updated since the mod was uploaded years ago and the mod has gone sort of outdated for the current version of Skyrim.
Haven't launched the game in years myself so can't tell really. Just a guess.

I found it intresting but at frozen Dome Warehouse there is a door but no way to open it. Is there a reason way? I have found other doors throughout Skyrim that are similer. Overall 8 out of 10 *'s. Only because there are no new shouts on the word walls.

Nevermind, I found some different types of dragons in the next few lairs.

Great mod, Skyrim always felt like it need more dragon lairs!
But I'm only finding normal, low level dragons at the new lairs. Vanilla lairs have high leveled dragons still, but the 2 I've been to haven't.
I'm using Deadly Dragons, by the way. I'm level 53.

Also, just out of curiosity, any plans to fix the issues with followers?

no shouts were made on this mod. Its just those lairs where you can find a dragon, instead of going for 3 hours to the wilderness looking for one and not finding one.

I seem to be having only one problem, that being the fact that i cant get more shouts from each lair, some of them dont give me a new shout to use and its becoming a confusing matter

Also, just saying that use Nexus instead of Steam Workshop, steam is bullshit.

Yeah i have a character at level 96, and around two thirds of dragons give no souls :/

i might have trouble absorbing souls of the dragons cuz of the level 50 bug :P and im level 118

The dragons located at the dragon lairs are vanilla dragons, so yes, you do absorb their soul.
If you dont: 1. the dragon was added by a mod, and that mod is not working prorperly 2. you have a common bug that dragons give no souls sometimes (usually this bug appears only at high levels, at levels 50+)

I have troubles entering the second room in the frozen room.. Once I've defeated the priest outside, and enter the Frozen Dome I defeat a restless Draugr, but there's no way I can open or remove the 'stone wall' which allows entering to the secound room. What to do? Is there a lewer, code or what?

@IhmeHihhuli ™ actually, i have Creation Kit installed, and i might look into it, because i have some experience with creating mods in other games, nothing from Bethesda tho.
Great Idea: You can Also take some existing shouts and put them there, then others can become useless, but then those are no longer useless, i think that might be a good idea.
