@below I got it working in TF2 by downloading a scout replacer mod and writing over the files of that mod with the files from this one. Took a long time but it worked in the end.

not quite what i was looking for but thanks for trying, so the thing i was looking for was when you hold Q and you go to the models tab, and open the addons subfolder, what is the name of the folder this is in?

sorry to bother you but what folder is this under? i'm trying to spawn it from the side menu but i've been looking for an hour and can't find it.

found the problem, had another conflicting physics mod and it was the ragdoll causing the issues, thanks so much for the help!

i tried that, i only replaced the model files since those were theoretically causing the issues, didn't have any luck though. could just be my game, maybe i did something wrong, idk. will try to re-do the whole thing with just your addon files.

if u somehow managed to get an different model instead of this one, it might be the ragdoll that crashes the game when the scout dies, cuz of crazy physics...

but u can decompile this addon and rename its files so it could replace the scout in TF2, makin use of the custom folder.

I got this model from somewhere else and got it into TF2, but now whenever a scout dies my game crashes. Did you ever have this problem/know a fix for it?
