this is like the 6th nolan north voice pack and i love it. someone should combine all of them

Wasn't planning on doing that. There are already several mods with this voice actor published on Steam which do not require DLC; you should use them.

Yes, but only for a few actions, like move, kill, loot spotted/taken.

Pointless fact: The Chosen Hunter is also voiced by Nolan North.
