the problem being that kind of mod cannot be deployed by steam, it would require manual install by users and probably be distributed on nexus.
i've done half the work, but lost interest in this game.
the language it uses is unique, strange, and has no sense of separation of concerns whatsoever.
Functionally the utility lines always "want" to go up/down the left side, already.
I'll make some alternate visual styles when I'm in the inclination, but I'm not sure how to make them selectable in-game.
Everything was messed up and I had to restarted the whole game.
I don't have vegas, so cannot test that.
It sometimes has problems with Vegas, sometimes doesn't. Unknown why. I don't have Vegas, and don't plan on buying it any time soon.
Working on the lobby bug.
Should update this week.
More elaboration of "not working" in a spoiler block would be most welcome.
E.g., like...
-Does it load for you at all? Do you see the new object in the mod units build menu?
-Are you able to build it and place it at ground level?
-Does it not convey a certain utility, or any of them at all?
-Do NPCs use it to travel when it is stacked directly above/below another?
-Is the price not as stated in the description? Does it get more expensive with altitude?
-What DLCs do you have? This requires none, and should be compatible with all.
-Are the animations wrong somehow?
