Try making sure that you click custom before you load the map. I've noticed that it tries to play as classic casual otherwise. See if that helps.

I would enable weapon buying but that would defeat the purpose of it being a scouts and knives map. >.< I hope you continue to enjoy, and I'll be posting other remakes of my old maps and what not, at some point, that have weapon buying.

This is a fun map. Love the knife battles that can ensue on the walkways.
