I spent 10 years hoping that somebody would take advantage of the HVAC infrastructure & concrete foundation left behind in these, and convert one into a go-kart track

I used this as a case study in a past business class on international market expansion. It is rare to see a C:S workshop asset that is both hilarious and beautiful. Bravo.

It's ashame, it's a familiar site. They jut expanded too fast.
The one near me has split into a Value Village, Michaels (craft store), and a gym.

they also killed zellers entirely when they moved here, since they baught out all the zellers locations....

Just needs a bit more decay, crab grass growing in cracks on the concrete and next to curbs, a bit of discoloration on the building etc.

Otherwise, this is pretty incredible. Kudos!

I loved the Canadian Target stores while they were here... I guess they didn't want to wait till they grabbed customers from Wal-Mart. Target was better as far as I was concerned. It will be missed.

Most of Target Canada's stores were previously Zellers retail store before they bought them out and remodeled them (Zellers used the same colour scheme so not much remodeling).Little piece of history. Great asset 10/10
