Hello there i think that the carrier is a good looking ship, but if you were to add more detail to the deck, as in make the landing strip black with yellow lines and make some spaces for fighters by marking them with white rectangles, oh and is the carrier playable in the campaign? if you have already answered these questions then please just say and if you have then i'm sorry for making you read this long comment thanks.

@Col.Delta Engels i think i know why. It may be because of the very high center of gravity. Just by looking at it it does not look very stable. In order to fix this you may need to somehow lower the center of gravity. Just my suggestion.

This Build is Awesome, Just one problem with it. It seems to constantly tip very far to the right, recover, tip very far to the left, recover and Repeat Constantly.

Before you go making a slew of time consuming changes, I am working on an updated version that will have realisticis propulsion, painted flight deck, more railings/walkways and so on. Alternatively, if you just want to edit the interior I can port it over into the current build

I built this particular ship because a veteran who served on the Kitty Hawk requested I build a 1:1 replica for them.

The other replicas I build are because I like replicas. I do study engineering and looking at blueprints is a hobby of mine that just happens to translate into this videogame.
I know there are tons of other people who make replicas, but if having other people doing the same thing was enough to stop you from doing something, why do anything at all?

@MJRAHOLE people make scale models of historic ships all the time, because this is the ideal way to do it for most people, unless you have the manual dexterity to build an airfix model (i dont) or are an actual naval engineer who does this stuff for a living (i wish)

All the hull above the waterline should be alloy. It doesn't have any boyancy issues for me as seen in the pictures.

This is the best carrier I've ever seen. I recently completed a very detailed 1:1 F-18D Superhornet with foldable wings and retractable landing gear/tail hook. I'd love to see how this will take a squadron of those with docking stations.
