@Hardwood - I'm not too sure why its dark, maybe another mod is affecting this? For some of the screenshots I had the cubemap replacer mod and Ultimate eyecandy mod activated but I dont us those when I'm actually playing on the map.

Hey, question, when i played the map my lighting seems to be way off, i have all the settings nad spring wood theme but it looks like its the middle of night even at noon, and just overall the quality doesnt seem to match the screenshots, any help?

Sorry to butt in hehehemann, I got a notification and I know the answer :D Hey THEBOSS, that's a mod issue, "New Roads for Network Extensions 2", basically an add-on to NExt2 and t's likely abandoned by its creator. Thanks Jesus, recovery is pretty much complete, still have a few pains but feel pretty good thesedays. Wish it had happened when I was home in England though and wouldnt be in debt the rest of my life paying these medical expenses. In America, it seems to be more beneficial to leave the scene and hope you get away. I still look for the car that did it as it was very distinctive.
