I found K.I.T.T in car auctions too but lag made me loose the auction, i've been searching for about 1 and a half years, and about 3 months or so ago i lost the auction, i've basically lost hope and given up on trying to find K.I.T.T

@ CaptainofPie spawning is completely random and out of the control of modders. The more cars and mods you have, the less likely any 1 car is to show up.

There is mod called "Allowed Places" where you can set where cars are spawned. EG: you can set no cars to show up at auction except this one and it will be the only 1 there - then change the setting back if desired. :)

Love this mod. the only concern is that the speed seems to be unlimited. I have clocked this thing at as fast as 452 KPH (280 MPH).

For everyone that struggles to find it. Search in Auction i had to search about 30 Minutes for me to show up. For the Golf Mk1 i searched over an hour and found it on auction.

try auction a couiple of times no luck? do something else in between and take a couple of looks in auction again afyer a couple of minutes

I'd explain it the same way I'd explain how the Batmobile can fly, James Bond's cars turn into nuclear submarines and drive upside down in tunnels, and Gran Turismo's Red Bull X2014 can go around 90 degree corners at seemingly impossible speeds without losing grip: This is a model of a fantasy car, it's not real. It shouldn't be held to the laws of physics or your limited imagination. :)

If I may make a suggestion, I think it would be interesting to add a front bumber with a yellow scanner rather than a red one, and maybe a livery around the bottom to make it grey. If not, I'll try to figure out how to make K.A.R.R. otherwise

shows up in job orders if your above level 15 and will showup in auction house if have alot mods it can take sometime to show up
